Walk through the cobbled streets of Mdina, visit the cliffs at Dingli and view the San Anton botanical gardens.We'll drive to Mdina for a guided tour around its narrow streets and to viewpoints offering panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. Time stands still in this 'Silent City', which is a film-makers paradise. Next up are the cliffs of Dingli. The half-day tour ends with a stop outside San Anton botanical gardens, situated near the Presidential Palace. If you choose the full day tour, you'll also stop at the catacombs of Rabat, stroll around the crafts centre Ta' Qali and visit the Pantheon-like Church of the Assumption in Mosta, which has one of the largest domes in the world whilst enjoying a bite of lunch as well.

You'll get the chance to see some of the island's famous landmarks. The Neolithic Ggantija Temples and the medieval magic of the capital, Victoria, and its hilltop Citadel. There'll also be visits to salt pans and limestone quarries as well as a craft centre. Gozo is known for its many natural beauty spots, too, and by 4x4 they're easy to get to. Spot the steep cliffs in Sannat, Ramla Bay's red sand beach, the famous Inland Sea lagoon and the mysterious Calypso Cave.
Maltese Sunday mornings are made for leisure. And this shopping and sightseeing combination is all about enjoying the real Malta. We kick off with some shopping in Marsaxlokk. This quaint fishing village hosts a large market down by the waterfront – check out the colourfully painted ‘luzzu' boats floating in the harbour – on Sunday mornings. Then we'll head to one of Malta's most famous natural sights – the Blue Grotto of Wied Iz-Zurrieq. It's a 50-metre deep natural cave with a huge arch that stretches out to sea. An optional boat trip into the grotto is available.

The adventure kicks off in the north, with stops to see the Red Tower and Popeye's Village, where the 1980 musical was filmed. We'll travel to Mgarr to see Fomm ir-Rih Bay.
