Its 26 miles will take you through rivers, forests, lakes and even waterfalls. For more native plants and wildlife, head to the Mount Pisgah Arboretum, a 209-acre arboretum and botanical garden. Explore the riverside trails and bridge and don’t forget your cameras.

3. Experience Eugene like a local
